Jennifer Lopez, also known as J.Lo is one of the most sought after celebrities in America. She is a successful actress, singer, record producer, dancer, fashion designer and television producer. Besides being a successful woman professionally, she is also a power mom as she has been juggling a career along with looking after her twins. This gives the general impression that between all this, she must have hardly any time left to look after herself. Wrong!! Post a few months of giving birth to her little angels, she was back in her normal figure.





Jennifer is known to have the best “butt” in Hollywood and she has somehow been able to maintain that. Seven months after giving birth, she ran a triathlon proving that she was back to being fit from fat.






    Jennifer spends 60- to 90 minutes a day doing workouts. Her routine workout methods keep changing ensuring that she is not bored of exercising and all parts of the body get equal attention . Her trainer is Gunnar Peterson, a celebrity trainer who has helped shape the body of many Hollywood big-wigs.
    Cardio- Jennifer Lopez does not spend more than 30 minutes on a machine. On regular intervals she switches from the treadmill, elliptical, stair stepper, rowing machine and stationary bike.
    Dancing- Jennifer Lopez loves to dance. Among all the forms of exercises, this is her favorite. She does hip-hop and jazz, her favorite dance forms to burn calories. She also thinks that this is a fun way to workout.
    Yoga- Jennifer Lopez uses yoga to relieve herself of stress and worries.
    Weight training- She uses weight training to increase her endurance and strength.

On The Floor is the new lead single from Love?, the upcoming seventh studio album by American recording artist and actress Jennifer Lopez. According to Rap-Up, the RedOne produced single has house music influences and samples the 1989 hit single “Lambada” by Kaoma. The song features rapper Pitbull.
